Issue building project on Mac

Hi,

I am trying to build Basilisk on my Mac, and I am getting an error towards the end of build at line 297 in conanfile.py:

I've scoured the internet for solutions to this Conan/cmake error, but I have yet to find anything. Does anyone have an idea of what may be going wrong here?

Have you installed conan on your OS? There is a conan python package (pip install conan), and also an OS library you'll need to install with brew install conan.

Another quick tip -- if you're having issues with setuptools I always deprecate it back to setuptools==58.0
