I notice that when opening/creating a project that depends on an uninstalled, but resolvable, pack, the missing pack is shown in red, which is inconsistent with how selecting project options that depends on other resolvable options, which are shown in yellow, and red is only shown for unresolvable options.
I have also seen that a selecting "Resolve Missing Packs" only resolves one pack at a time, so in case a project depends on two missing packs, one has to press Resolve Missing Packs twice.
