Storages like "tag storage" can become corrupted due to various reasons: it can be unfinished writing (like in ARK-Builders/arklib-android#35) or synchronization issues. Right now, the app just silently crashes.

The app should report to user that particular storage is corrupted, so the user could react and resolve the issue.

#341 implements this mechanism, although only for tag storage yet.
It will be added for all storages during storages moving to arklib-android.
