2.1 Check for new APSIM Major Improvements

Noted no new MAJOR science issues since last meeting or any science issues for discussion.

2.2 Updates from RP on models and reviews

Noted that Creating of New Soil Nutrient Model is still awaiting @hut104 to progress, probably in the new year.

Models requiring review

Sorghum model - noted some informal review has commenced. All @APSIMInitiative/reference-panel encouraged to review. @sarahcleary to request @hut104 and @HamishBrownPFR to be formal reviewers

Labels for APSIM Initiative Issues

@hol353 to create both labels and teams.
@APSIMInitiative/reference-panel to join/request to join relevant teams.
@APSIMInitiative/reference-panel to label new issues, as appropriate.
