[Modals]: Route based modals

Let's discuss how can we add routes to modals.
Main benefits:

• back button
• simplified modal state management

SPECS:

• a modal does have a foreground (the actual content displayed) and a background (although barely visible it's the content of a page you are on)
• can be dismissed/closed
• can open another modal (in this case will be a redirect)
