"Also in" list should show knowledge views from other knowledge bases that this component is also in #238

Currently

Only the knowledge views of the current knowledge base are searched for populating the "Also in" list.

Description (acceptance criteria)

Either the list under "Also in" automatically includes all knowledge views (that this user has at least read level privilege/access to).
Or there is another button for "Search other knowledge bases" (for knowledge views that contain this component)

Why (hypothesis)

Easier to navigate DataCurator content

Alternatives you've considered

None.

Additional context

e.g.: This component in knowledge base 24 is also in knowledge base 14
