Add Japanese localization

I was introduced to this place by Denis Teyssou-san.
I am Japanese and would like to work on localizing the InVID-WeVerify toolkit into Japanese.
This is part of an activity for the disinformation hackathon to be held in Japan next month.
I believe I can add Japanese translations to each TSV files in a local environment and later submit a pull request.
Although there are still some things I'm not entirely clear on, would it be alright for me to proceed with this work?

Hi @nuwaa yes, we would love to have Japanese localization! I saw that you requested access to the tools and I believe @dteyssou will give you access and get back to you shortly. Feel free to ask any question here, or by continuing the email conversation.

As of now, we are working with the v0.84 branch which includes our latest translation works.

I have created a set of TSV files with additional Japanese text. I would like to pull them, so could I possibly request read and write permissions? Alternatively, I can send the files via email. If that's preferable, please let me know the email address to send them to.

Hi @nuwaa Today is a national holiday in France so I will give you read/write permissions on Monday 🙂
Could you work on a new branch and make a pull request to the v0.84 branch when everything will be ready?

I will also ask @dteyssou to provide you with a Verification Plugin build with the translation pointing to the branch you have created, so that you can try/verify your translation work on the plugin itself.
