We have seen AFMReader being used outside of the AFM-SPM organisation, specifically by pNanoLocz (see requirements.txt L11 as well as TopoStats of course.

We could (should?) add a section to the README.md which lists software which use AFMReader.

At the same time we can add a section on how to cite the software correctly, along the lines of...

If you use/depend on AFMReader in your software please consider citing it in any derivative work.
