下圖為希望優化後的樣子：

所有選項都要是 必填
移除 離職日期 欄位
選擇 到職日期 的日期之後，能自動帶入一樣的值到 產生休假額度之起始日期 欄位
自動產生休假額度 勾選欄位改成 下拉式選單，且預設值為 無 (因為是必填所以不選值的話無法送出)
欄位順序依照示意圖排列，並用分隔線分區
