Safe account couldn't get loaded

Safe loading issue, doesnt load on any interface

What happened?

Same issue with GNO and ARB account - it displays "Safe account couldn't get loaded" and sometimes the UI quickly "flickers" (literally for half a second) and shows some details, but then goes back to "Safe account couldn't get loaded".

Using chrome and connected to ledger X

If you check the safe address on the gnosis explorer and arb explorer you'll see that those safes are not deployed. Are those counterfactual safes which you didn't deploy? And now you are trying to view the safes in a different browser, or you cleared local storage?
