What happened?

Error 4200 after trying to sign a transaction using Ledger Nano X
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Safe app on mobile.
  2. Prepare the signing devices (Ledger in this case).
  3. Scan the recipient's address, put asset amount.
  4. Press Review.
  5. You're shown the Review screen that looks ok, Press Submit.
  6. Go to the 'Available Signing devices list' screen. Choose one by clicking on it.
  7. Corresponding Ledger gives you the transaction details, you click Sign message.
  8. Safe mobile app screen shows you an error 4200: "'Failed to create transaction: Network request failed with an unexpected error. Please try again later (Error 4220)."

Network connection is fine, the bug was replicated using multiple mobile and signing devices.
iOS 16.3

While the issue is in the inspection, somewhat less convenient way is to use the ledger live app and connect it to the mobile or browser app with a wallet connect option.

We identified the reason why this doesn't work, the fix is in progress.
