Add support for LCP content protection

Hello! I'm interested in this feature as it is required for a project that I'm working on. I have been diving into the LCP implementation in the TestApp of the swift-toolkit and have a general idea of what would be required to support LCP (at least at the surface). If this feature is not currently being worked on, I would be happy to make an attempt to implement it with a little guidance and mentoring from you all. Thank you and great work on this library!
