Sometimes the Windows OS gets stuck booting with it running

Describe the bug
Sometimes the Windows OS gets stuck booting with it running. In other words, it isn't hooking properly in order to get WinDbg to load and have the OS continue booting. I have to close and re-run it in order for it to continue booting.

To Reproduce
I do not know how to reproduce it.

Expected behavior
It to be able to hook into the VM properly no matter how many times the VM is ran.

Configuration (please complete the following information):

• VirtualKD-Redux version [e.g. 2019.4]: 2024.3
• VMware or VirtualBox version [e.g. VMware Workstation 15.5.0 build-14665864]: VirtualBox 7.0.15 r161959
• OS running on the host [e.g. Windows 10 1903 64-bit]: Windows 7 64-bit
• OS running in the guest VM [e.g. Windows 7 SP1 32-bit]: Windows 7 32-bit
