[Bug]: open tun interface take too much time to finish!

Unfortunately, many Windows have this problem and I tried every method and path to solve it, please think about this ridiculous problem tun. Please watch the video, apparently there is a problem in creating and deleting singbox-tun (wintun). Is there no other way to delete this service other than pnputil?
It would be better if there was a way to get rid of this singbox in xray configs and use other paths like tun2socks in v2rayn.

I've had this problem for a long time on Windows 10. I tried changing the interface name from singbox-tun. Maybe the problem will be fixed, but it didn't work.
Singbox is really terrible on Windows.
