[Bug]: 无法正常访问国内网站

正常上网

实际情况

更新到最新v6.60.0以后，只可以走代理上外网，直连有问题，无法访问国内网站，但是微软商店、杀毒软件以及聊天软件连接正常；另外，从5.x最初开始使用，一直以来关闭软件后都无法上网（状态为清除系统代理），需要一系列重置恢复网络的操作。

复现方法

开关启用Tun模式，刷新网页，有时可恢复上网，但是休眠或者重启后又会继续出问题。重置网络并重启，恢复Internet默认高级选项，清除dns缓存，均无法解决问题。
