[Bug]: 老电脑WIN10 22H2全版本5.9-6.6 无法连接，当前服务的真连接延迟-1

台式机和联想本子也是WIN10 22H2使用无问题只是经常需要重启服务，一天前把两台10年的笔记本拿出都无法连接上系统也是22H2，当前服务的真连接延迟-1（按说我的VMESS是200左右）。
不论是清楚代理还是系统代理均无法连接上，甚至出现大量 [socks -> block]结尾。尝试使用6.23和5.39旧版也无法连接，运行库已安装，甚至关闭了防火墙清除DNS缓存重置HOST都没用。折腾了一整天，昨天下午其中一台在6.23和6.6切换时不知怎么滴突然能连接上了(两个版本轮流打开切换代理后），而另一台电脑怎么折腾仍旧不行。本人属于小白请问明明是相同的系统版本为啥会连接不上呢~挺闹心的。

的确手机端正常使用安卓，电脑端最新版本win1123h2 win1022h2最新版本都是-1，连都连不上2天了😡😂 V2rayN6.60用不了，等修复吧，我的是win1123h2现在，兄弟有Q么可能讨论讨论

同问题，win11 24H2，v2rayn没有任何变化，貌似时间是从更新过24H2后就一直不能用了，同一个配置安卓手机上一直正常，电脑端不行

看下BBR2是否是打开的，如果打开就关闭它，我的24H2之前同样问题，真连接延迟一直-1，关闭BBR2后正常使用
