对应工具或者iOS或者Andriod的版本号： all

微信版本号:8.0.40

重现步骤: 移动图片或非中心放大图片，旋转

期待的行为:
移动图片，或者放大图片后，旋转不发生偏移，裁剪框内内容呈现为之前内容的旋转

实际的行为：
将图片移动后，旋转前

旋转后，图片居中

希望能够实现旋转后，裁剪框内内容呈现为之前内容的旋转
