Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

I use this project to run my group of websites locally, and I am currently in the process of preparing the codebases for a switch to PHP8.X on production.

I can see that the project only currently supports up to PHP 8.0, and I can see that this is the latest image https://hub.docker.com/layers/10up/wp-php-fpm-dev/8.0-ad471330/images/sha256-c4025b19e37ab931829d0785287d8389f58481cbe1f896a06ecd307d5ecda42a.

Do you have any plans to release a PHP8.1 image? Thanks.
