Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.
Following on from the functionality of supporting a specific reading level for post content in #579, we could also look at building in support for Azure AI's Immersive Reader service that helps users read and comprehend text. The service "helps users of any age and reading ability with reader tools and features like reading aloud, translating languages, and focusing attention through highlighting and other design elements."
So whether post content is set to a specific reading level using something potentially coming from #579, adding in Immersive Reader for front-end post content would allow someone to process content with the assistive features from Immersive Reader. We would likely want to target specific themes (e.g. default/community themes, popular themes) to ensure that this could be integrated with how they output post content so that the Immersive Reader experience can easily be enabled and interacted with.
Fortunately the Immersive Reader service from Azure AI has a free amount of characters per month, though their pricing table does not have a purely "free" tier but rather Standard and Education/Nonprofit tiers that both include 3 million characters free per month and then a cost per million characters after that (at least as of the writing of this issue on 08 September 2023).
