Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

It appears that Azure has updated what used to be know as Cognitive Services Computer Vision to just Azure AI Vision.

We should look for any user-facing use of the term Computer Vision (or Cognitive Service) and update those to Azure AI Vision. I think there's only one or two of these in the settings page so this should be an easy task.

I don't think we need to update any code (like function names, code comments, etc) just anything that is user-facing.
