How to set LockTask Packages?

I'm trying to use this package to create a kiosk app. When entering kiosk mode the app is only pinned not locked. As I understand it here my app needs to be allowlisted to use the lock task feature. Is there a way to do that with this package or can you guide me how to set it up?

Hi, how are you? I'm sorry, I started this for an app myself but found out the same as you. So I ditched it and ended up developing the app in native code. Couldn't find any way to reliably implement kiosk mode using capacitor. Maybe I should just delete this repository. Sorry.
