Bug: Update Image Source - Guide: Project Card Anatomy

Describe the bug
We need to update the image source on the Project Card Anatomy Guide. Right now it's coming from a comment but the image should be located on the repo.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://100automations.org/guides/project_card_anatomy.html'
2. Check the image source
3. That the URL it's using as the image source is just a comment.

Expected behavior
We need to put the image under the correct directory and use it as a source.
