Hi~

I'm learning gltfpack and see your case.

I tried to compress the demo_uncompressed.glb in your case, but the ouput.glb I got is only 2MB, and it doesn't load properly in your case, hope for your help.

This is my compressed command: gltfpack -i demo_uncompressed.glb -o ouput.glb -tc.

Here is a screenshot of myself compressing and running it:
